Honestly didn't expect this much variety — beef, beef tendons, pickled veggies, okra, you name it, everything looked really fresh. The hotpot broth is this super rich beef tallow chili base, really fragrant but not too aggressive, spice level is totally manageable even if you're not used to it. The spicy beef was my fave — thick coating of chili powder, big tender chunks of meat. Vibe inside was chill, not too crowded, and we just went to town. Definitely coming back.
