Reviews
- goofy_dill_seedOkay wow, the hand-torn tripe here was seriously next level — huge pieces, paper thin, drenched in that green oil and so crispy-tender at the same time. The first bite literally goes "crack!" and you get this super spicy, juicy flavor explosion. The beef tallow hotpot base is rich and fragrant, spicy but not overpowering — everything you dip in it just tastes better. The marbled beef is gorgeous, perfect fat-to-lean ratio, and you pull it out the second the edges curl up. It legit melts in your mouth, almost dissolves. Place is clean, lots of four-person tables, and super easy to find. And you HAVE to get the brown sugar mochi cakes at the end — crispy outside, chewy inside, sweetness is just right, and there's this light caramelized flavor that lingers after. Honestly such a good meal, I'd come back in a heartbeat.
