  The shrimp were so fresh they were literally jumping when they brought them out — kinda wild to watch lol. They cook them right in the boiling congee and the meat comes out super firm and bouncy with a little hint of sweetness. Also tried the stir-fried razor clams with ginger and scallion and honestly they were great too, nice big pieces and the timing on the wok was perfect, super crunchy. The congee base itself was really flavorful, they add clams and shrimp in there, and it goes down so warm and comforting. If you're into lighter flavors this place is perfect. Everything tasted really fresh, not heavy at all — felt like a healthier meal. The space is big and the service was attentive, and the price was pretty reasonable for what you get. Would come back for sure.
