Everything's fried fresh to order, the outside is super crispy and just shatters when you bite in, and the chicken legs are huge with juicy, tender meat. The honey-glazed chicken frame is the kind of thing you just keep picking at cause it gets better and better the more you chew. Oil is clean and fresh, tons of options and you can even mix and match, and the price is really fair. Definitely living up to the old Beijing fried chicken vibe. The must-order is the 2 chicken cutlets for 15 yuan — crispy outside, super tender inside, and when you bite in it literally bursts with juice. Super well marinated, not greasy at all. Staff were warm and friendly, food came out fast, and honestly I felt totally fine eating here and couldn't stop. So damn good!!
