The noodles are hand-rolled right there, nice even thickness with a super satisfying chewy bite. Got the pork and noodles in savory sauce and the meat topping was so rich and flavorful, perfect mix of fatty and lean bits, and the broth clung to every strand. Broth itself was super tasty too, lots of good stuff in it. Clean spot inside, staff were friendly and welcoming, just an all-around really comfortable meal. Definitely coming back if I'm in the area.
