- ZenThe lamb spine hotpot (yang xie zi) was fall-off-the-bone tender, super flavorful, and the meat was juicy without being dry at all. The marrow was rich and kinda melted in your mouth. The broth was thick and just slightly spicy with really nice layers of flavor, and when you add the fresh veggies and handmade noodles it goes to another level. The staff were super friendly and the food came out quick too, they even recommended some special pot bases when we were ordering which was a nice touch. Place was pretty packed when we went but still clean. Only downside is the seats feel a little tight. Overall the texture of the lamb spine and that broth really stuck with me, definitely gonna come back to try it again.
