The beef short ribs come out perfectly done — super juicy, really milky and fatty in the best way, and the meat tastes fresh. The owner's got great recs too, he picked out a few must-orders based on what we like and the kidneys and lamb leg were both really solid. They keep a good eye on the grill so nothing gets burnt. Place is clean, service is on point, and we always leave super happy. Definitely my go-to.
