Reviews
- satin_pearWalking in, it honestly felt like I was in a Jiangnan water town — super elegant vibe with little touches of Yangzhou everywhere. We ordered the Huaiyang soft eel and the crystal pork aspic, and wow, both were amazing. The eel strips were silky smooth with this black pepper aroma that gave it so many layers, and the pork aspic was literally crystal clear, just melted in your mouth. The braised tofu shreds were cut so precisely and the broth was so flavorful — every bite showed off how delicate Huaiyang cuisine really is. The background music was nice and mellow, atmosphere was relaxed, perfect for hanging out with friends. Food was super refined, service was really attentive, honestly the whole experience was just really comfortable.
