Reviews
- Teal_15Bahuoli Haiji Chaoshan beef hotpot is seriously sooo good!! Eating hotpot in winter just hits different — it's super warming and the broth is so rich and tasty. And honestly for the quality you're getting, the price is really fair. The vibe: clean, bright, and pretty chill. Simple but really comfortable. Felt great eating there. Service: super attentive! The staff actually told us exactly how long to cook the beef and even helped us blanch it. Legend. The "three-flower趾" (tri-cut shank) was so tender and juicy — easily our favorite, we all agreed it was the best thing we ordered. The hand-pulled beef tendon balls were bouncy and exploded with juice when you bit in — they even throw in 6 of them as part of the broth base, which is a great deal honestly. And the chest oil (brisket fat) was crispy and chewy at the same time, the texture was unreal. Definitely coming back here!!
