- Kestrel_14Went here to try the pork offal congee hotpot (猪杂粥底火锅) and honestly it was a really solid experience. Got the black pig offal platter which had pork liver, pork heart, and crispy intestines — everything was super clean, no funky smell at all. The liver was silky smooth, almost like pudding, the intestines had that perfect chewy bite, and the heart was surprisingly crunchy. The white congee broth came with this natural peppery aroma, and dipped stuff in their secret sand ginger soy sauce — so many layers of flavor. At the end we tossed in a bundle of bamboo pressed noodles (竹升面) which soaked up all that broth, super satisfying. Ingredients were fresh, service was attentive, place was clean and tidy — definitely gonna come back.
