  Oh man, the stinky mandarin fish here was legit the real deal. The fish itself was thick and super tender, and the fermented flavor was just right — not overpowering at all, really hit the spot. And the Hunan-style beef brisket pot? The beef was fall-apart tender and full of flavor, and those sweet soft carrots mixed into rice were just incredible. Food came out super fast too, and the staff were really friendly — they even suggested some little side dishes for us without us having to ask. Heads up though, everything is pretty spicy but not in a heavy greasy way, you know? Ingredients tasted fresh, portions were seriously generous, and I left feeling totally satisfied. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing.
