They do the charcoal grill thing where they cook the meat right at your table on this big metal plate, and it was super fun watching everything sizzle away. The lamb was honestly the star — so tender and juicy, with just the right amount of fat so every bite had that crispy outside and soft inside situation. Also tried the grilled chicken gizzards and wow, super chewy and packed with flavor. Place itself was really clean, and the smoke system actually works because we didn't walk out smelling like a campfire. The staff came over and grilled stuff for us which was such a nice touch, didn't have to babysit the meat ourselves lol. Oh and the naan bread?? Don't skip it. Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and perfect for wrapping up all that meat. Left feeling totally satisfied and we're definitely coming back.
