Dishes
Frozen TofuFrozen tofu is made by freezing fresh tofu, which develops a honeycomb-like structure inside with many pores and good elasticity. It can be cooked with various ingredients, offering a rich and diverse texture.
Nanmen Hot PotNanmen hot pot is a dish featuring fresh mutton, cooked in beef oil broth with various seasonings. Main ingredients include mutton slices, cabbage, tofu, and vermicelli, served with clear or spicy broth and dipped in sesame sauce, garlic paste, and cilantro.
Seasoning MixXiaoliao is a flavorful condiment made by finely mixing various spices and seasonings, primarily including minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped chili, and Sichuan pepper powder. It is prepared through simple stir-frying or marinating to enhance the depth and taste of dishes.
Fresh Hand-Cut LambHand-cut fresh mutton, made from freshly selected lamb and meticulously sliced by hand. The mutton slices are as thin as cicada wings, cooking instantly in the pot while preserving the meat's tenderness and nutritional value. With a simple hot pot method, you can savor the authentic flavor of the mutton.
Lamb SkewersLamb skewers are made by cutting fresh, tender lamb into chunks, threading them onto bamboo or metal skewers, and marinating before grilling directly over charcoal. During grilling, the lamb's fat drips onto the fire, creating smoke that熏 (smokes) the meat, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender interior with rich aroma.
Beef RibBeef brisket is made from high-quality beef, finely sliced to show a marbled texture of fat and lean meat. It is commonly used in hot pot, barbecue, or stir-frying, offering a tender and juicy taste, making it an excellent choice among meat dishes.
Homemade FlatbreadHomemade flatbread made primarily from flour, water, and yeast, fermented to create a dough that is then shaped into a饼皮. Fillings can be chosen according to personal taste, commonly including brown sugar, red bean paste, or meat. After baking, the flatbread has a golden, crispy exterior and a sweet or savory filling inside.
Fresh Beef TripeFresh beef tripe is a dish made primarily with fresh beef tripe, seasoned with适量 of葱姜蒜 (scallions, ginger, and garlic). To prepare, first clean the beef tripe thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Then quickly stir-fry the tripe with seasonings and ingredients to preserve its tender texture. Finally, stir-fry quickly until well combined, and serve.
Fresh Lamb Top BladeFresh lamb top blade is selected from the tender meat above the sheep's shoulder, featuring fine texture and evenly distributed fat. It is typically blanched and then stewed or steamed to preserve the original flavor of the lamb, enhanced with scallions, ginger, and other seasonings to remove fishy odor and add aroma.

Reviews
- naughty_butterflyWent back again recently and the food is still just as good as I remembered. The freshly sliced lamb shank was so tender I could barely pick it up with my chopsticks, and paired with the sesame sauce it was honestly amazing. The service lady was super friendly and even brought us some free sesame buns on the house. The place is pretty spacious with outdoor seating in summer, but we sat inside and it was really comfortable. It can get busy and you might have to wait for a table, but honestly chatting while waiting wasn't bad at all. Overall this spot still hits the spot better than anywhere else for me.
