What really got me was that they use the traditional clay oven with real charcoal — the meat just sizzles on the grill and the smell is insane. Their signature sesame paste dip is honestly the soul of the whole thing, thick and smooth, and I think there's some sugar and soy sauce mixed in, makes the meat taste way more savory. For the meat, the signature fatty and lean cuts and the lean beef were both super tender, best when you grill them till the outside gets just a little crispy. The staff grilled everything for us the whole time, nailed the heat level, and swapped out the grill nets pretty often, which was clutch for me since I'm kind of a newbie. Side dishes and pumpkin congee are free refills, overall super chill experience. Good for anyone wanting to try clay oven BBQ for the first time — just avoid peak hours, on weekends you're pretty much guaranteed to wait in line.
