The freshly sliced hanging tender was insanely tender, just dip it in a few times and it melts in your mouth, juicy with a nice little chew. The tripe was so crispy too, literally 8 seconds in the broth and you're done, the texture is so satisfying. And that milk fresh duck blood? It was like jello, silky smooth, and the flavor was spot on. The place was pretty packed but the service was still solid, food came out quick. And don't skip the strawberry mochi ice for dessert — after all that hotpot it was the perfect cool-down, really cuts through the richness.
