- Kestrel_17The roast goose was so fragrant when it came out, the meat was super tender and actually had a lot of lean parts, not all fatty. The smoky flavor went perfectly with a cold beer. The goose gizzards had this awesome chewy bite, and the pork tripe was really clean, no weird smell at all, with great texture. The smoked tofu skin was unique and paired really well with the goose wings, couldn't stop eating them. The place was clean and organized, ingredients all laid out neatly, and the staff was friendly and quick with the cutting. They even gave us some tea on the house. Definitely gonna come back and try the goose eggs and the "treasure liver" next time!
