- Emerson_8Got the three-fresh dumplings (精品三鲜水饺) and they were so good — the filling has chives, egg, and big chunks of shrimp, and the shrimp is actually pretty huge, super bouncy in your mouth. The chive flavor really comes through too, which I loved. The place itself is super clean, wood tables and chairs with warm lighting, just feels really cozy. Staff were friendly, food came out fast, and they even brought us free lemonade. Also tried the beef and celery dumplings (牛肉芹菜水饺) and honestly those were worth it too — the beef is rich and savory and the celery adds this nice fresh kick, they go together really well. You can literally see the guys in the kitchen hand-folding and boiling the dumplings right in front of you, which is kinda cool. Definitely coming back.
