The crispy fried pigeon was crazy good, skin was super crunchy and the meat was tender, though heads up the portions are kinda tiny lol. The steamed hand-pounded rice cakes were soft and chewy with this brown sugar powder on top, sweet but not too much, really delicate. The original baby back ribs had the perfect fat-to-meat ratio and the sauce was so rich, honestly super satisfying. Staff were friendly and attentive and food came out fast, whole experience just flowed really well. Would come back for sure.
