  The freshly sliced meat is honestly the highlight here — the guy cuts it right in front of you, you can see all the marbling and the slices are the perfect thickness. Just dip it in the hot pot for a few seconds and it melts in your mouth, so tender. There's gotta be over a hundred different things to pick from, all kinds of beef cuts, seafood, meatballs, veggies, little snacks… you can mix and match however you want. Every time I go I end up leaving totally stuffed. Definitely coming back.
