Reviews
- FrankieWe went to this spot that specializes in tan sheep (滩羊) and honestly the lamb blew me away. The hand-pulled lamb was cooked just right — boiled in plain water so you really taste the meat itself, perfect balance of fat and lean, so tender it basically falls off the bone, zero gamey smell, and there's this subtle milky sweetness to it. The grilled lamb ribs were crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and dipped in chili sauce? SO good. Service was super attentive, they brought out complimentary yogurt and dates, and the owner was joking around saying we should "stock up for winter" haha. The place was clean and tidy, the private rooms are spacious and great for a dinner with friends. The cold appetizers and side dishes were nice and refreshing too. Overall super satisfying meal, definitely coming back.
