Reviews
- graceful_bonoboSo I tried the Buddha Jumps Over the Wall here — they do it three different ways and honestly each one has its own thing going on. I personally went for the original broth style and wow, the soup base was so rich and savory, packed with all kinds of good stuff. The sea cucumber, abalone, and fish maw were all stewed until they were super tender and just soaked up all that flavor. The vibe inside is really nice and elegant — totally works for hanging out with friends or even a business dinner. Service was also really attentive, which I appreciated. The salmon was silky smooth and went great with the bold Buddha Jumps Over the Wall broth, the layers of flavor were actually insane. Portions were generous too — got the set menu for two and we couldn't even finish it, ended up taking half a fish home. Ingredients tasted fresh and you can tell they don't cut corners. Overall a really solid experience, would definitely come back.
