The lamb is really good, especially the premium lamb leg — barely any gamey smell, lots of lean meat, so you can just dig in without worrying. The broth is super flavorful, one sip and you're warmed right up, and it's amazing with the noodles. Service is great too, they actually help you watch the heat and remind you when to drink the soup. The place is clean, no weird smells at all. They just rolled out some new set menus too — you can stuff yourself for around 50 kuai per person, super worth it.
