- clever_snakeHonestly, the copper pot hotpot here is really solid. The meat was super fresh — especially the big three-fork cut, perfect ratio of fat to lean, just a few seconds in the broth and it was done. So tender but still had a nice bite to it. The sesame sauce was thick and fragrant, dipped everything in it and it just made the flavor pop. Oh and they use mineral water for the broth base, which honestly made the meat taste even cleaner and fresher. The place itself is pretty spacious and bright inside, and eating here in winter was so warm and cozy, really comfy vibes. Only small downside — the pot runs on oil-burning instead of charcoal, so you miss out on that smoky charcoal flavor a bit. But overall, definitely worth coming back for.
