Reviews
- tide_fenugreekThis little Fu Miao Xiao Luo Tuo spot is on Zhongguancun Street, not far from the subway. The storefront is kinda small but inside it's super lively. It's authentic Xi'an style and a lot of the staff are actually from Xi'an, which was a nice touch. The skewers come in tons of varieties and they charge by the stick, which is pretty reasonable. The spicy sour cabbage was honestly a standout — great wok hei, super crunchy, and the sour-spicy flavor was on point. The grilled beef tendons were nicely charred and chewy, and the lamb skewers were tender and flavorful. I came around lunchtime to skip the dinner rush and the food came out really fast. Overall a solid experience and I'd definitely come back for the barbecue.
