Dishes
Mini SausageSausage is a processed meat product made primarily from pork, seasoned and stuffed into casings. It is typically prepared through curing, stuffing, and then either cooking or smoking.
Mild Spicy BrothA mild spicy broth is a火锅底料 with a moderate level of spiciness, primarily made with ingredients such as chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, ginger, garlic, and other spices, along with a rich stock as the base. The preparation involves simmering these ingredients and spices to create a hot pot soup that balances heat with aromatic freshness.
Clear Soup PotClear soup broth is made by using water or stock as a base, combined with main ingredients such as chicken, pork, and vegetables, and cooked through boiling. Typically, few seasonings are added to preserve the natural flavors of the ingredients.
Tomato Hot Pot BaseThe tomato broth is primarily made with fresh tomatoes, carefully simmered to create a richly sour-sweet flavor. Combined with various spices and a secret recipe, the broth becomes more flavorful and layered.
Mushroom Soup BaseThe mushroom soup base is primarily made from a variety of dried and fresh mushrooms, including shiitake, king oyster mushroom, and boletus, which are soaked and then simmered with water. No additional seasonings are added during preparation—only long simmering extracts the natural umami flavor from the mushrooms to create a rich and flavorful broth.
Sichuan Pepper BrothSichuan pepper broth base, made by simmering fresh Sichuan peppers with various spices. The broth has a bright color, and the refreshing aroma of Sichuan pepper blends with its spiciness, adding a unique flavor to the ingredients being cooked.
Reviews
- big_woodpeckerI went for the rotating hotpot setup and honestly it was pretty solid. The ingredients felt fresh, veggies were super crisp, and the fried chicken and sweet potato chunks were actually crispy and tasty — not soggy at all. Decent variety too, and the price was really reasonable for what you get. The place was clean enough and the seats had decent space between them, so I wasn't bumping elbows the whole time. That said, it gets packed during peak hours — waited a bit for a seat and it was kinda chaotic. They weren't super quick about refilling the ingredients either. Overall though, for the price it's a great spot. Good for hanging out with friends or even just grabbing a meal solo. Would probably come back.
