Pork BellyPork belly is a cut of meat from the pig's abdomen, characterized by alternating layers of fat and lean meat, which gives it the name 'five-layered' or 'five-striped'. Common cooking methods include braising, stir-frying, or stewing. During cooking, the fat melts, resulting in tender meat with an aromatic flavor.

Reviews
- malachite_snowdropThe herbal broth base smelled amazing without being super numbing or spicy, just the right kick of mild heat, and it didn't leave me feeling dried out afterwards. The crispy rice potatoes were crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and the sweet and sour sauce was super appetizing. Portions were huge, we ordered a meal for two between three people and still couldn't finish it all. Service was friendly and the food came out fast. It's in the basement level of the SK building, just a few minutes' walk from Guomao subway station, super easy to find.
