The fish slices were super tender and didn't have any bones, the pickled veggies were nice and crunchy with that perfect tangy kick, and the broth was sour and spicy in the best way — couldn't stop drinking it honestly. Also got the little crispy pork bits on the side and wow, super crunchy outside but still juicy inside, dangerously addictive lol. The whole place has this cool manga/comic style decor which is kinda unique and fun, not a ton of seats but everything felt clean and bright. Service was friendly too, and when they brought the food out they even had a little chant which was a cute surprise. Everything's made fresh to order so you can really taste it, lots of different flavors going on. Definitely worth trying if you're in the area, I'd come back for sure.
