Reviews
- faithful_eucalyptusQuick tips from someone who just went — this place was packed on a weekend night, so definitely book ahead or you'll be waiting. Order the steamed "double stink" — sounds weird, I know, but it actually smells way better than you'd think and tastes amazing. The preserved vegetable pork belly is super good with rice, you'll wanna order extra rice for sure. Drink-wise, get the 20-year huadiao wine, super smooth and fragrant. Heads up though, the crab roe xiaolongbao were a bit on the oily side, so if you don't love heavy food grab some stir-fried choy sum to balance things out. Service was great, and apparently they have staff who speak Japanese which is nice. Big menu, consistent flavors, good for business dinners or hanging out with friends. Plus it's right near the Hongqiao business area so super easy to get to.
