Reviews
- Cory_12Ordered the traditional chrysanthemum crossing-the-bridge rice noodles and wow, it was such a whole experience. The chicken broth is made from TEN chickens apparently, and it's piping hot and super fragrant — there's this golden layer of chicken oil floating on top that really locks in all the flavor. You add the ingredients one by one, and the rice noodles are so silky and chewy, and once they soak up the broth they taste so good it's almost ridiculous. The chrysanthemum gives off this subtle floral aroma, really light and refreshing. Service was great too, they actually walked us through the spice level and you can get more noodles if you want. The place has Yunnan-style decor and the vibe is really cozy, kinda felt like walking into some little town in southern Yunnan. Came with a friend, we just chatted, had a couple drinks, super chill.
