- summer_wild_ricePizza crust is made with imported Italian 00 flour and after the wood-fired bake it's got that perfect crispy outside, soft inside vibe with really nice air pockets in the dough — you can tell they care about getting it right. The ham pizza has a tomato sauce that's sweet and tangy in just the right way, the cheese stretches forever when you pull a slice, and they top it with fresh arugula, so every bite has a bunch of different flavors going on. The Margherita is super well-balanced too — the tomato and mozzarella melt together perfectly and it tastes bright and fresh, almost like sunshine. The whole place has this warm industrial look with soft lighting, and the tables are spaced out enough that you're not bumping elbows with the next table, great for hanging out with friends. The servers were really sweet and actually paying attention to what we needed. Honestly the whole experience was super comfortable, I'd come back for sure.
