- fuzzy_batOrdered the steamed stone pot fish and the chef came right to our table to pick out the fish, prep it, and drop it in the pot — super transparent, you can see everything happening. The fish broth was this milky white color and so rich, tasted really fresh and sweet without being heavy at all. The fish itself was super tender, no bones, basically melted in my mouth. They also had these pea shoots in the side veggies that were really fresh, and the house-made spicy-sour dipping sauce took it to another level. The server actually explained the dishes to us without us having to ask, and they brought out a little complimentary rose sugar ice jelly with shrimp on the side which was perfect for cutting through the richness. The place is clean and they steam-sanitize the dishes which is honestly really reassuring. Definitely coming back.
