The hand-cut fresh lamb basically dissolved on my tongue, zero gamey taste, and the clear broth copper hotpot really let the flavor shine through. The grilled lamb skewers were worth it too — lean but not dry, super satisfying bite. The sesame paste dipping sauce was rich and velvety, amazing with everything. Staff were super attentive and even gave us little hair ties without us asking, which was a nice touch. Honestly just a really comfortable vibe overall.
