- papaya_ravenThis place is super legit Xinjiang style, honestly some of the best I've had in Beijing. The lamb skewers are grilled on red willow branches and oh my god, they're so good — fatty bits mixed with the lean, and when you bite in they just sizzle with flavor. The baked buns were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, super satisfying. The big plate chicken was packed with flavor too, the sauce is rich and the noodles soak up all that goodness, chicken and potatoes were both perfectly cooked. Staff was really friendly, the second we sat down they brought out dried fruits and tea on the house. The whole place has this Western region vibe going on, super chill and comfy atmosphere. Definitely coming back!!
