The skewers were really good — the charcoal-grilled beef heart was super tender and flavorful, and the chicken cartilage had that perfect chewy bite to it. Also got the garlic crayfish and wow, the tails were huge and super meaty, garlic flavor was on point. The boiled fish in chili oil was loaded, like a massive portion, the fish slices were silky and that numbing-spicy broth was so good. Vibe was really chill too, sat outside with the breeze, just chatting and eating, totally relaxing.
