Last time I got the big pork bone broth tonkotsu ramen and honestly it hit the spot — the broth is super rich with just a slight sweetness, really comforting to sip on. Noodles were cooked just right, not too soft not too firm, and there was a generous amount of meat slices. The char siu was so tender and flavorful, went perfectly with the broth. Service was friendly too, food came out pretty quick. The vibe inside is simple Japanese style, clean and minimal, overall really cozy. Definitely gonna keep coming back.
