The sauce coating was perfect too, fragrant but not greasy at all. Also tried their house special fatty beef, and honestly grilling it until just a little crispy then dipping in the sesame paste was incredible, super rich flavor. Staff here really takes care of you — they came by to help grill the meat and switched out the grates without us even asking. And can we talk about that secret sesame paste? Sweet and savory in all the right ways, went amazing with the grilled meat. Everything tasted fresh, the flavors had real depth, and I left totally happy. Would definitely come back.
