  The chef's signature veal — apparently only 7 of these ribs per cow, so super rare! The outside has this Huaiyang-style sauce and it's roasted until the skin is nice and crispy, but the meat inside is so tender. One bite and I was honestly blown away, tons of flavor going on!! The vibe is really nice and elegant too, the private rooms are quiet and feel super secluded. Perfect spot if you're hosting a private dinner.
