- merry_walnutChuse is on the 7th floor of the WF Central Joy City mall in Wangfujing. Super nice vibe, honestly feels pretty upscale. The seafood area looks like a little fish market — live crabs, mantis shrimp, abalone, they pull it out and you throw it straight into the hotpot. You can literally see it's fresh. The sashimi station does these thick-cut salmon slices, plus tuna and sweet shrimp that taste really fresh too. Besides the hotpot, there's teppanyaki cooked to order, super crispy outside and juicy inside, and the house sauce is seriously good. The dessert area was honestly a highlight — the durian mille crepe and mango pancakes use real ingredients, not that cheap stuff, and Haagen-Dazs is unlimited. Staff kept clearing plates without us asking, and they even gave us a little gift when we finished everything. Great for hanging out with friends or just treating yourself. Over 300 dishes, no time limit, eat as much as you want — honestly the value is insane. My tip: avoid weekend dinner rush, the line gets crazy.
