The fried skewers were crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the wheat gluten pieces added such a nice texture. Total combo worked really well together. Place was clean and bright, and the open kitchen made me feel way more at ease watching everything get made. Self-serve station had this warm red date tea that was super soothing and cut through the richness nicely. Was packed when we went but the food still came out pretty fast, which was a relief. Definitely a spot I'd come back to.
