Reviews
- ethereal_rabbitThe pickled bamboo shoots and pickled long beans in the lao you noodles were such a good combo — tangy but not over the top. The beef chunks were super tender, not dry at all, and the broth was rich and flavorful. Mixing it all up with the noodles was honestly so satisfying. The fried egg on top was crispy outside, soft inside, and even better dipped in the little sauce they give you. I came in during summer and it was the perfect refreshing, spicy-sour kind of meal that just hits the spot when it's hot out. Also got a bowl of the mung bean soup — lightly sweet, not heavy at all, really nice to cool down after the noodles. They had a bunch of condiments on the table you can add yourself, and the perilla really stood out, gave it that authentic Guangxi flavor. Service was friendly and the food came out fast. I'd come back for sure.
