Got the sea urchin egg rice bowl and oh my god it was so good - the uni was cold, soft, kinda creamy and sweet, and mixed with the rice and seaweed it was just perfect. Also tried the charcoal grilled scallops with butter mushrooms which were amazing, and yeah I totally scraped up everything and mixed it with rice at the end lol. Pro tip though - don't wait too long or the scallops get overcooked and kinda tough, eat them quick and then do the rice mix. Carb lover's heaven for real. The owner lady served us herself which was super sweet, and she hooked us up with some little freebies too. The eel rice and salad were both really solid - the salad was especially good for cutting through all the rich stuff. Honestly great value for what you get, would 100% come back.
