Dishes
Pork Tetra掌中宝 is a refined Chinese dish primarily made from chicken cartilage. During preparation, the chicken cartilage is marinated to absorb flavor, then quickly stir-fried at high heat to achieve a crispy exterior and tender interior, resulting in a rich and layered texture.
Lamb SkewersLamb skewers are made by cutting fresh, tender lamb into chunks, threading them onto bamboo or metal skewers, and marinating before grilling directly over charcoal. During grilling, the lamb's fat drips onto the fire, creating smoke that熏 (smokes) the meat, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender interior with rich aroma.
Tofu Skin Rolls with Cilantro and Enoki MushroomsA refreshing cold dish made by wrapping cilantro and enoki mushrooms in tofu skin, seasoned with soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic.
Reviews
- quirky_sesameFinally got a break from a crazy busy week and met up with a friend here to chill. The place was super clean and the seats were actually spacious, which honestly surprised me for a hotpot spot — none of that greasy, messy barbecue joint vibe at all. The chicken hotpot arrived smelling amazing, like wow. The chicken was so tender it was basically falling off the bone, coated in this rich, savory sauce with just the right amount of spice. So comforting to eat. The portion was huge too, the two of us couldn't even finish it, which for the price is honestly a steal. Staff were really friendly too, kept coming by to refill the broth and swap out plates. Whole experience was just super relaxing, would totally come back.
