Dishes
Three Delicacies DumplingsThree-delight dumplings are a traditional Chinese snack made by wrapping a filling of pork, shrimp, and vegetables (such as cabbage or chives) in thin dough wrappers and boiling them until cooked. To prepare, mix the filling evenly, place it into the dumpling wrappers, and boil in hot water until they float to the surface.
Angus Beef Rice BowlAngus beef rice is made with premium Angus beef as the main ingredient, paired with a rich and flavorful sauce and steamed rice. The beef is carefully cooked to be tender and juicy, perfectly blending with the sauce and generously topping the hot rice, presenting an appealing color and aroma.
Pickled VegetablesSide dishes usually consist of seasonal vegetables, pickled foods, or cooked meats, simply seasoned and arranged on the plate for serving. Fresh ingredients and a refreshing taste make them an excellent appetizer for the table.
Lamb SkewersLamb skewers are made by cutting fresh, tender lamb into chunks, threading them onto bamboo or metal skewers, and marinating before grilling directly over charcoal. During grilling, the lamb's fat drips onto the fire, creating smoke that熏 (smokes) the meat, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender interior with rich aroma.
Shrimp Dumpling SoupShrimp dumplings filled with fresh shrimp and pork, wrapped in thin dough and boiled in clear or rich broth. Topped with green onions and cilantro. Careful seasoning and folding ensure a tender, chewy texture.
Stir-fried Pork with Long Green Chili RiceSichuan pepper stir-fried meat rice is a home-style dish featuring fresh Sichuan peppers and pork. The preparation is simple: first marinate the pork slices, then cut the Sichuan peppers into segments. Heat oil, stir-fry the pork until it changes color, add the Sichuan peppers and stir-fry together, then mix with rice to infuse each grain with the rich aroma of pepper and meat.
Stewed Chicken with Brown SauceYellow-braised chicken is a traditional dish made primarily with chicken, accompanied by vegetables such as mushrooms and green peppers. After marinating, the chicken is simmered in yellow butter to create a rich, flavorful dish. The chicken becomes tender and juicy, blending harmoniously with the vegetables to deliver a complex and satisfying taste.
Reviews
- enormous_cornflowerThis Nancheng Xiang is right on the west side of Beijing Station plaza, super easy to find, and the place itself is actually pretty spacious inside. Breakfast here is the real star — the youtiao, bao buns, steamed dumplings, and soy milk all come in big portions, more than enough to stuff yourself. Honestly the flavors are solid too, and yeah, expect a line in the morning for sure. Beyond breakfast, the 38.8 yuan all-you-can-eat hotpot is an amazing deal — way more worth it than Xiabu if you wanna go all out on hotpot. Prices across the board are really reasonable. We got bao buns, steamed dumplings, youtiao, and drinks for only 87 total, and the drink selection is huge with free refills. Staff were super friendly and even brought out some little pickled side dishes for free. Highly recommend the shrimp wontons and the lamb skewers — both smelled and tasted incredible. Perfect spot if you're rushing to catch a train and need a quick meal, or honestly just come here if you want a filling, cheap bite.
