Reviews
- peridot_lentilThey had a bunch of different broths to pick from, but the classic sukiyaki is a must-order — the broth is lightly sweet and just bubbling away at the table. The M8 wagyu had the prettiest marbling, like little streaks of marble running through it. Swished it in the hot pot for like 7-8 seconds, dipped it in the fresh egg yolk, and honestly it just melted in my mouth. The sweet-savory flavor hits you right away and I ended up putting away five plates without even feeling it. Zero regret.
