The sides you pick yourself — pea shoots and bean sprouts were both really fresh — and the noodles cook up fast, no long wait at all. The broth is solid, kinda light, and tossing in some pickled long beans and pickled radish makes it perfect. It was pretty packed when I went but the food still came out quick, and the price is great. Super solid choice for a work lunch, honestly gonna be coming back a lot.
