- cozy_sparrowThe sesame sauce was so rich and smooth — honestly it's the soul of the whole hotpot thing, and when you mix in that fermented tofu, chive flower, and scallions it gets all these different flavors going. The lamb slices were cut super thin and even, just a few seconds in the broth and they were tender and flavorful, no gamey taste at all. Love that they do the one-pot-per-person setup, feels way cleaner and more hygienic so you don't have to worry. The sesame buns they make in-house were crispy outside and soft inside, eat them hot and they're incredible. The staff was really friendly too — anytime we needed more broth or a new plate they were right on it. Overall super comfy vibe, definitely coming back.
