The braised pork and kung pao chicken were both solid, and the big mixed salad was honestly the perfect thing to cut through all the richness, super fresh and crunchy. The organic cauliflower was great too, nice and crisp with tons of garlic flavor. Our server was super sweet and even showed us the right way to wrap everything in the little pancakes, which was actually really helpful. Overall we left super happy — everything tasted fresh and super authentic. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing!
