You could actually hear the sizzle when it hit the grill, and the skin got super crispy while the inside stayed tender and juicy, not dry at all. The pork tenderloin they served with it was also great — crispy on the outside, really juicy inside. The duck intestines were cleaned really well too, super flavorful but not greasy. The owner was super friendly and made everything fresh to order, and the sauce was honestly just right, not too strong, not too mild. The place isn't huge but it's clean and cozy, really nice vibe. And the rice cakes soaked up all the sauce and got so flavorful by the end, such a good bite. Overall I was totally stuffed and so happy, would definitely come back.
