  Their signature duck necks hit that perfect sweet-spicy balance, super flavorful with a nice chewy texture. The spice really builds as you keep eating and honestly it just keeps getting better. Duck tongues were tender with that little bit of crunch from the cartilage, basically melt in your mouth — perfect snack for binge-watching something at home. Duck collarbones were crispy on the outside, juicy inside, tons of bite to them, and my friend and I tore through them in no time. The seaweed and lotus root slices had soaked up so much of that broth, every bite was packed with flavor. Everything tasted really fresh, portions were huge for the price, honestly solid value. Definitely worth trying if you're into this kind of stuff.
