The beef portions are ridiculous — the bowl is basically packed with it, and it's so tender it just falls apart, so flavorful. So satisfying. The noodles have a great bite to them, especially the thick ones, really chewy. And the broth smells amazing. The owner is super friendly, always tries to accommodate whatever you need, and even reminds you to add more soup if you want. It gets pretty busy in here though, so definitely come early during mealtimes or you're gonna end up waiting in line. The space itself is nothing special, but the prices are really fair and it just feels comfortable eating here.
